Delete Your aMind Account

You can delete your aMind account and the reflection data on your device directly from inside the app. Deletion is immediate.

How to Delete (in-app)

1. Open the aMind app on your device.

2. Tap Settings (gear icon).

3. Under Account, tap Delete account.

4. Confirm on the deletion page.

What Gets Deleted

  • Your account credentials (email and encrypted password).
  • Any promo-code redemption tied to your account.
  • All reflections stored locally on the device you're using.

What Is Not Affected

  • Active subscriptions purchased through the App Store or Google Play. These can only be cancelled from your device's subscription settings — see Apple's guide at support.apple.com/HT202039 or Google Play's at support.google.com/googleplay/answer/7018481.
  • Reflection data on other devices where you've installed aMind. Delete the app from each device to clear local data there.

Can't Open the App?

If you can't access the app — uninstalled, lost device, locked out — email support@amindapp.com with the subject Account Deletion Request and the email address tied to your account. We'll process the request within 30 days.
