Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using aMind ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
aMind is a guided cognitive reflection tool designed for personal use. It helps users examine their thoughts through structured reflection exercises. The App is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.
4. Account Registration
You may use the App without an account. Creating an account requires a valid email address and password. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account.
5. Subscriptions, Billing, and Auto-Renewal
The App offers an optional premium subscription that unlocks additional features (currently the Patterns view in Insights). The free experience — including reflection workflows, history, and the Insights Overview — remains available without a subscription.
- Billing. Subscriptions are sold and billed by Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not process or store payment details.
- Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date through your App Store or Google Play account settings.
- Cancellation. You can cancel at any time through your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep premium access until then.
- Refunds. Refund requests are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play under their respective policies. We do not issue refunds directly.
- Price changes. We may change subscription prices. You will be notified before any change takes effect, and continued use after the change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
6. Promotional Codes
We may issue promotional codes that grant a limited-duration premium entitlement. Codes are tied to your account, are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may be revoked if obtained or used in violation of these Terms.
7. User Responsibilities
You agree to use the App lawfully and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not: reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App; attempt to derive the source code; use the App for any unlawful purpose; or create derivative works based on the App.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, design, graphics, and code within the App are the property of Franceschi Enterprises and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain full ownership of any personal reflection data you create within the App.
9. Data and Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. All personal reflection data is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Franceschi Enterprises does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. The App is not intended to provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice, and should not be relied upon as such.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Franceschi Enterprises shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
12. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon updating the effective date. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
13. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.

1. Aceptación de los términos
Al descargar, instalar o usar aMind ("la Aplicación"), usted acepta estar sujeto a estos Términos de Servicio. Si no está de acuerdo, no utilice la Aplicación.
2. Descripción del servicio
aMind es una herramienta de reflexión cognitiva guiada diseñada para uso personal. Ayuda a los usuarios a examinar sus pensamientos a través de ejercicios de reflexión estructurados. La Aplicación no es un sustituto del consejo, diagnóstico o tratamiento médico, psicológico o terapéutico profesional.
3. Elegibilidad
Debe tener al menos 13 años para usar la Aplicación. Al usar la Aplicación, declara que cumple con este requisito.
4. Registro de cuenta
Puede usar la Aplicación sin una cuenta. Crear una cuenta requiere una dirección de correo electrónico y una contraseña válidas. Usted es responsable de proteger sus credenciales y de toda actividad que ocurra bajo su cuenta.
5. Suscripciones, facturación y renovación automática
La Aplicación ofrece una suscripción premium opcional que desbloquea funciones adicionales (actualmente la vista de Patrones en Insights). La experiencia gratuita — incluyendo los flujos de reflexión, el historial y la Vista general de Insights — permanece disponible sin suscripción.
- Facturación. Las suscripciones son vendidas y facturadas por la App Store de Apple o Google Play. No procesamos ni almacenamos datos de pago.
- Renovación automática. Las suscripciones se renuevan automáticamente al final de cada período de facturación a menos que cancele al menos 24 horas antes de la fecha de renovación a través de la configuración de su cuenta de App Store o Google Play.
- Cancelación. Puede cancelar en cualquier momento desde la configuración de suscripción de su App Store o Google Play. La cancelación entra en vigor al final del período de facturación actual; conserva el acceso premium hasta entonces.
- Reembolsos. Las solicitudes de reembolso son gestionadas por la App Store de Apple o Google Play según sus respectivas políticas. No emitimos reembolsos directamente.
- Cambios de precio. Podemos cambiar los precios de las suscripciones. Se le notificará antes de que cualquier cambio entre en vigor, y el uso continuado después del cambio constituye la aceptación del nuevo precio.
6. Códigos promocionales
Podemos emitir códigos promocionales que otorguen una entrada premium de duración limitada. Los códigos están vinculados a su cuenta, no son transferibles, no tienen valor en efectivo y pueden ser revocados si se obtienen o utilizan en violación de estos Términos.
7. Responsabilidades del usuario
Usted acepta usar la Aplicación de manera legal y de acuerdo con estos Términos. Usted no deberá: realizar ingeniería inversa, descompilar o desensamblar la Aplicación; intentar derivar el código fuente; usar la Aplicación para cualquier propósito ilícito; ni crear obras derivadas basadas en la Aplicación.
8. Propiedad intelectual
Todo el contenido, diseño, gráficos y código dentro de la Aplicación son propiedad de Franceschi Enterprises y están protegidos por las leyes de propiedad intelectual aplicables. Usted conserva la plena propiedad de cualquier dato de reflexión personal que cree dentro de la Aplicación.
9. Datos y privacidad
El uso de la Aplicación también se rige por nuestra Política de Privacidad. Todos los datos de reflexión personal se almacenan localmente en su dispositivo y no se transmiten a nuestros servidores.
10. Exención de garantías
La Aplicación se proporciona "tal cual" y "según disponibilidad" sin garantías de ningún tipo, ya sean expresas o implícitas. Franceschi Enterprises no garantiza que la Aplicación sea ininterrumpida, libre de errores o libre de componentes dañinos. La Aplicación no tiene la intención de proporcionar consejo médico, psicológico o terapéutico, y no debe considerarse como tal.
11. Limitación de responsabilidad
En la medida máxima permitida por la ley aplicable, Franceschi Enterprises no será responsable de ningún daño indirecto, incidental, especial, consecuente o punitivo, ni de ninguna pérdida de datos, que surja de o en relación con el uso de la Aplicación.
12. Modificaciones a los términos
Nos reservamos el derecho de modificar estos Términos en cualquier momento. Los cambios entrarán en vigor al actualizar la fecha de vigencia. El uso continuado de la Aplicación después de cualquier cambio constituye la aceptación de los nuevos Términos.
13. Terminación
Nos reservamos el derecho de terminar o suspender su acceso a la Aplicación a nuestra sola discreción, sin previo aviso, por conducta que consideremos que viola estos Términos o que es perjudicial para otros usuarios o para nosotros.
